Terms and Conditions

Shipping service
We offer worldwide shipping to all the countries. We are using EMS as default shipping service, but due to the policies and customs conditions from different countries, the shipping service will be changed on several countries to minimize the process time of the package.
Once the package is dispatched, you will be able to receive a tracking number for your reference by e-mail.
Please check the following list for the delivery days of the international shipping service.

SF Express
Delivery Days : 2-4 days

EMS Postal System
Delivery Days : 5-7 days


Return & Exchanges
Please be noted that before you want to send back the package, a return application must be processed with us by e-mail or sealson official account. Please follow the return / exchange process below carefully, otherwise your application will be cancelled automatically and we will not able to process refund on your order.
1. We accept return and exchanges within 7 days of delivery.
2. The package must be sent out in 5 days once your return request is approved. 
3. Product should be unworn, new condition, tag attached.
4. Customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
5. Original shipping costs will be deducted once we proceed the refund.

Refund

After we receive the return package, you will be refunded the full amount of the product returned. It would take 5-10 business day to have the refund posted to your account. For any returned or exchanged items, we do not refund the cost of shipping of your original order.
